READ BEFORE YOU BOOK

  • After purchasing your graphic design service(s) of choice, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with next steps, including a mandatory onboarding questionnaire form to elaborate on the contents of your design (if you do not see a form from nxegraphix@gmail.com, check your spam folder). Upon submitting your form, you will also be prompted to schedule a video call with us to further solidify exactly what you need. After our call, you will be formally onboarded and invited to your client portal where you will receive updates on the progression of your project.

    You MUST submit your form and schedule a consultation to get started on your project! We cannot move forward to the design process without the client completing these essential steps.

    • Refunds will not be issued, under any circumstances. There are no refunds for any a la carte projects unless we are unable to complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

    • If a customer proves to be difficult to work with, we reserve the right to cancel any ongoing projects with that customer and give a refund or partial 50% refund if project has already begun.

  • After purchasing this service, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This email will include your next steps, and a mandatory onboarding questionnaire form for you to fill out to ensure we have all the necessary information to bring your design to life. Upon submitting your form, you will be redirected to book a consultation call with us. In the consultation, we will review your form together and gather any additional information needed. The, you will be onboarded and invited to your client portal.

    The design process officially begins at this point, and the standard turnaround time is 7-14 business days. If quick turnaround is needed, we offer a 24hr turnaround service which can be requested in our consultation call for an additional fee of $85.   • You can expect an update on your graphic within the standard 7-14 Business Day turnaround time period, which officially begins after you have been completely onboarded.

    If there are any unexpected delays with fulfilling your order, we will notify you via email.

  • All design services come with 2 Revisions. Additional revisions after the two that are included cost $20/revision.
